Guided Meditation

What is Guided Meditation and How Does It Work?

Guided Meditation is meditation facilitated by an experienced and/or certified meditation instructor. The instructor guides all participants in learning to relax their body and muscles and more importantly, their minds. The facilitator guides the participants through a series of visualizations and relaxing images. Benefits of guided meditation include improved emotional health, sleep and a more positive outlook on life. No prior experience is needed and it's absolutely perfect for newbies!

Yoga

What is Yoga and How Does It Work?

Yoga consists of various stretches and poses that incorporates deep focus and concentration, breathing techniques and quieting of the mind. Yoga is a complete mind-body workout and has benefits equivalent to physical exercise! Yoga also builds and promotes muscle strength, improves flexibility and reduces stress, anxiety and physical complaints.

No prior experience is needed, so join us!

Sound Healing

Sound healing is a form of healing that utilizes various sound vibrations to heal and restore the physical, mental and spiritual. Vibrations may be vocal or instrumental such as through use of Tibetan singing bowls! Sound therapy has been known to reduce chronic stress, triggers the relaxation response and harmonizes the mind, body and spirit. No prior experience is needed and we promise to make it a joyful and refreshing experience!
